First, for the reducer with oil level plug

Check the oil level, whether qualified; Install oil level plug.

Two, the replacement of oil

After cooling, the viscosity of oil increases and it is difficult to discharge oil. The reducer should change oil at the operating temperature. Cut off the power to prevent electric shock! Wait until the reducer cools down and there is no burning danger!

Three, notes

Inject new oil of the same brand; The amount of oil should be consistent with the installation position; Check the oil level at the oil level plug; Tighten the oil level plug and ventilator; Reducer should still keep warm when changing oil; Put an oil receiving pan under the oil discharging screw plug; Open the oil level plug, ventilator and drain plug; Remove all the oil; Install drain plug.

Four, oil level inspection

Cut off the power to prevent electric shock! Wait for reducer cooling; Remove the oil level plug to check whether the oil is full; Install oil level plug.

Five, oil inspection

Cut off the power to prevent electric shock! Wait for reducer cooling; Open the oil plug, take oil sample; Check the oil viscosity index; If the oil is obviously cloudy, it is recommended to replace it as soon as possible.
